Terms of Service

Last updated August 25, 2026

These terms govern access to and use of the Fantodic website and private email application.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Fantodic, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Fantodic is a private interface for connecting and viewing supported Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, and Zoho Mail accounts. Features may include browsing mail folders, reading messages and attachments, and—where supported by the provider—updating message status or organization.

3. Eligibility and authorized access

Fantodic is currently operated as a private, single-user application. You may use the hosted application only if you are expressly authorized. You are responsible for keeping access to your identity provider, email accounts, and devices secure.

4. Connected accounts

You represent that you are authorized to connect each mailbox you add. You control the permissions granted through Google, Microsoft, and Zoho and may revoke those permissions through the relevant provider. Fantodic does not receive your provider password.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Access Fantodic or a connected mailbox without authorization.
  • Attempt to bypass access controls, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or interfere with its operation.
  • Use Fantodic to violate applicable law, another person’s rights, or a mail provider’s terms.
  • Introduce malicious code or use automated traffic that unreasonably burdens the service.

6. Third-party services

Fantodic depends on services provided by Google, Microsoft, Zoho, and Cloudflare. Their terms and privacy practices govern their respective services. Provider outages, permission changes, API changes, or account restrictions may affect Fantodic’s availability or functionality.

7. Ownership

Fantodic and its software, design, and branding are owned by the service operator or its licensors. These terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the service as authorized; they do not transfer intellectual-property rights. You retain ownership of your email and other content.

8. Availability and changes

The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. There is no guarantee that every provider feature, message format, or attachment type will be supported.

9. Disclaimer

Fantodic is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. The operator does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free processing, or preservation of provider data. Your mail providers remain the systems of record for your email.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Fantodic operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, access, profits, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the service.

11. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated to protect the service, comply with law, or address a violation of these terms. Provider permissions can also be revoked independently through the connected provider.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Revised terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Contact
